The Housing Industry Association is Australia’s peak residential building industry body. Our primary role is to represent and advance the interests of our members. We are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated, customer focused individual to join our NSW team in supporting our apprentices.
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with apprentices and hosts by providing and maintaining a quality field service program to ensure the apprentice program is effective and is conducted in accordance with HIA policies, procedures and practices.
You will also be required to provide a consultative service to all apprentices and trainers ensuring that all activities relating to assessment, site visits, counselling/mentoring and general day-to-day administration is undertaken with competence and completed with efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective communicator with solid relationship building skills. A can do attitude and self motivation are key attributes required for this role and an impressive track record in sales is essential.
