The role is based in our East Melbourne office and will manage and achieve operational and performance targets in accordance with HIA’s regional business plan. The role This position will be responsible for managing and actively growing the business by recruiting new apprentices and host trainers for the Victorian region.  Out in the field, you will be required to establish, provide and maintain a quality field service program for apprentices and host trainers, ensuring that the program is effective and is conducted in accordance with HIA policies, procedures and practices.You will also be required to provide a consultative service to all apprentices and trainers ensuring that all activities relating to assessment, site visits, counselling/mentoring and general day-to-day administration is undertaken with competence and completed with effectively.The person To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective communicator with solid relationship building skills.  You will need to be confident in managing a team while meeting and exceeding sales targets and enjoy the challenge of selling.  A can do attitude and self-motivation are key attributes required for this role. The role
