For more information please visit www.hiatradepass.com.au.We currently have an opportunity for a Compliance Adviser to join the HIA TRADEPASS team to assist Builders & Contractors with implementing HIA TRADEPASS Contractor Management Solution. Key responsibilities include:Reviewing contractor documentation to determine whether the Contractor Business is compliant against the ‘HIA TRADEPASS Standard’ of Compliance.Following up missing information from a Contractor Business and informing of the requirements in order to ensure compliance.Undertaking Verification Checklists for each Contractor Business (reviewing business details and documents) then providing compliance and business advice to Contractor Businesses for rectificationContributing to the development of the HIA TRADEPASS Business Rules in relation to compliance and licensing in any given State.Contributing to the development of policies and procedures within the HIA TRADEPASS Department.Fielding customer enquiries and answering Builder and Contractor queries in relation to the contractor compliance.Providing administrative support to the HIA TRADEPASS Manager when required.The successful candidate will require:A willingness to take on the challenge of a start-up operationAbility to work as part of a high performing teamExcellent administrative and communication skills and an eye for detailTime management and project management skillsFlexible approachAbility to build and develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.This position requires a general knowledge of or the ability to gain knowledge in Building & Construction Industry Licensing, Insurance, Business Advice, Workplace Health & Safety, and Legal frameworks.This position requires a relevant qualification (Certificate IV or Higher) and relevant industry experience in any of the above fields.
