HIA delivers services to its members in a number of areas, including policy and advocacy, workplace services and training. We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated Graduate Contracts and Compliance/Workplace Advisor to join our Macquarie Park team.What will you be doing?If you have always wanted to use your legal skills to have a direct and positive impact, then this is the job for you.In your role you will directly advise HIA members, over the phone, across a range of legal and compliance disciplines including employment law, human resources, contract management and administration, construction law, dispute resolution, safety and builder’s licensing.You may also be asked to meet members face to face through the delivery of training and presentations to small and large groups on key business compliance issues.Supporting and representing the interests of our members is a core value of HIA. In this role, you may be given opportunities to assist HIA lobby governments and regulators and formulate policy submissions.Who are you?Are you looking to start your legal career?
