We are currently seeking to fill the role of Network and Systems Administrator on a full-time basis.The roleThis position reports to the Manager IT Support within the IT Services team and is responsible for the day to day administration of HIA’s IT systems and software infrastructure. Ongoing daily support and continuous system improvements in the areas of IT infrastructure are required in order to support services provided to HIA members and staff.The personTo be successful in this role you will need to have a solid understanding and experience with Microsoft products and services such as Windows 2008/12, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Remote Desktop Services, IIS 7, SharePoint and Office 365. Experience related to the administration and deployment of Windows 8/10 operating systems and Office 2016. Experience in on-premise CRM dynamics 2013/V9. Experience in the administration and configuration of backups (Veeam preferred). Experience with Azure, Palo Alto Network Firewall & security devices, Fortinet Firewall products, Sophos, Riverbed technologies, virtualisation technology (Hyper-V/ESKI preferred).
