The Housing Industry Association is Australia’s peak residential building industry body, representing members nationwide. Our primary role is to represent and advance the interests of our members. We are currently seeking to fill the role of Software Technical Lead on a full time basis.
This position reports to the General Manager – IT Services within the IT Services team and is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organisational information systems, software applications and related website applications.
The Software Technical Lead will work closely with organisational decision makers, project managers and third-party providers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organisation. This role is also required to undertake development of software on an as required basis.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT development, experience managing an IT development team, and project management skills.

- Team Foundation Server
- Visual Basic, VB.Net, C#
- ASP, ASP.Net
- SQL Server
- HTML, DHTML
- XML, XSLT
- Sitecore 8.2 and above
- Dynamics CRM
- Octopus Deploy
