Customer Service Coordinator – Training

HIA’s Training programs cover many specialist fields including builders licensing, workplace health and safety, business management and technical subject matter.We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to provide student management and support for training participants, and meet training quality and business outcomes in our Tasmania region. The role is based at our Hobart office. Key responsibilities include: Assist in creating the annual training calendar and the allocation of trainers/assessors;Work closely with HIA Learning & Pathway Advisors and the Training Manager to forecast and track student enrolments;Manage a caseload of participants from induction through to completion, including conducting inductions and monitoring student assessments;Proactively drive a culture of sales and service to ensure targets and service levels are maintained and KPI’s are met;Accurate record keeping in VETtrak and maintenance of student records, including reporting on non-attendance and outstanding assessments;Set up and pack down of training rooms;Maintain a current understanding of HIA training products, funding and entry requirements.The successful candidate will: Enjoy working in a small, friendly team;Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills;Have well-developed organisational and time management skills;Be self-motivated and able to work independently;Require demonstrated experience in a customer service related position;Have experience in the use of student management systems, ideally VETtrak;Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and understanding of ASQA standards and RTO compliance are highly desirable;Due to the nature of this role, a current Working With Vulnerable People (children) check is required.A full job description can be found in the Careers section of our website, Careers at HIA.If you are interested in applying, please submit your application by clicking on the link to apply, before 13 May 2022.Position Description AUD Hobart `7005
