As a national industry organisation, HIA's primary role is to represent and advance the interests of its members.The roleExcellent opportunity for a passionate, energetic and organised Digital Producer to work in the digital team of a not-for-profit which is focused on Australia’s building industry. You will be led by a knowledgeable and approachable GM and Digital Lead.  In your day-to-day work you’ll be working with a skilled team of communication and digital experts. This role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop while still maintaining a real work/life balance.Key responsibilities include:Content management: Oversee content updates from multiple sources across the business. This includes assisting other content editors as required. Content updates within Sitecore include:using existing templates and componentsediting HTMLpublishing activitiescollaborating with state and territory teams including liaising with UX, Designers, Developers, testers and vendors.Design and development: Work in conjunction with relevant teams to develop copy, images and digital collateral in line with agreed features and functionality for various new and updated initiatives and lines of business. Initial investigation into project and BAU solutions for both customer facing and CMS development.Client service management: Work to build relationships with key stakeholders including approvals, sign off and documentation.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements and deliverables including defect management and ensure all briefs and designs comply with compliance and brand requirements.Provide CMS technical support to end users across the business.Be the go-to source for Sitecore and CMS within the wider team, sharing insights into latest CMS developments and industry advances.To be successful, you will require:Technical knowledge and expertise of CMS systems - preferably Sitecore.Experience in creating and/or managing web experiences.Some exposure or interest in Google Analytics and desire to develop those skills.Thinker and a self-starter who looks past merely doing a task and asks WHY a task needs to be done, and offers suggestions on doing it differently or better.Basic HTML and CSS skills.Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or similar design programs - preferred but not essential.Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise work accordingly.Experience and proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines.Attention to detail.Ability to work in a complex structure and adapt accordingly.Commitment to ongoing learning/study within the digital space in relation to this role.Excellent time management skills.Excellent knowledge of the MS Office or Google suite.A full job description can be found in the Careers section of the HIA website, hia.com.au.If you are interested in this position, please submit your application by clicking on the link to apply before 12 May 2022. Position Description AUD Perth
