As a national industry organisation, HIA's primary role is to represent and advance the interests of its members.The roleThe Events and Partnership Coordinator provides administrative support to the Melbourne HIA office in a range of areas including events, awards, partnership/sponsorship and social media.Key responsibilities include:Assist with the coordination and delivery of, and provide administrative support for, HIA events, awards, partnerships/sponsorships and social media;Assist the Events Manager with coordination and organisation of Victorian events, partnership/sponsorship and awards programs;Attend Victorian events to assist with their delivery;Provide support and customer service to HIA partners, sponsors and publications advertisers;Drafting/posting content on HIA Victoria social media channels;Develop and maintain excellent relationships with members, partners and suppliers engaged with Victorian events and awards.To be successful, you will require:Excellent organisation skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, EventsAir and/or GoTo Webinar would be beneficial;Work well in a team environment;Committed to deadlines and able to handle conflicting priorities;Energetic and enthusiastic;Some sales experience would be beneficial;Flexibility to work after-hours occasionally as required for events and awards;A qualification in business, marketing or related area is highly desirable;Current driver’s licence.A full job description can be found in the Careers section of our website, Careers at HIA.If you are interested in this position, please submit your application by clicking on the link to apply before 18 May 2022. Position Description 60000 AUD Melbourne 3000
