We are currently seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team. This exciting position is based in our office located in Osborne Park.As an Event Coordinator you will work as part of an experienced and dynamic HIA events team. This team promotes, coordinates and delivers a wide range of industry events throughout the WA Region including the prestigious HIA Housing Awards program, member information sessions and other events. We are looking for someone who can:Promote, coordinate and deliver the HIA calendar of eventsDevelop new and relevant events with engaging content for our membersAssisting with the servicing of event partners and sponsorsTake the necessary actions to deliver on budgets and revenueDeveloping strategies to increase entry and guest participation at each evenAssist in the development of content for marketing and publication through online and print publicationsSupporting our members throughout the process leading up to HIA’s events is an important part of this role, you will require strong customer service and communication skills.
