The Marketing Project Coordinator will focus on managing and implementing marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of HIA’s products and services.The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for:Coordinate portfolio of projects and marketing loyalty programs;Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project performance and ensure projects are completed within the timeframe and within budget;Compile, update and report information, data, and materials;Evaluate, understand and prepare marketing lists and reports and obtain quotes and raise purchase orders for marketing related purchases;Create project plan for each project to keep track of progress and apply suitable strategies to handle variations in project scope, cost, or timeline;Consistently perform risk assessments and communicate any variances accordingly;Act as a key member of both the HIA Behaviour change communications project, and the next generation community project;Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the marketing and communications team; andCoordinate and contribute to development of marketing assets and materials as required, including but not limited to, emails, social media and website content.To be successful, you will require:Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role;Ideally have tertiary qualifications - business and/or marketing;Have the ability to work in a fast-paced role to deliver within tight deadlines;Have very strong Microsoft Suite experience, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;Knowledge of and/or experience using project management systems such as Wrike, Slack, Asana, will be highly desirable;Experience with an email distribution platform would be highly regarded (mailchimp, campaign monitor, clickdimensions etc.);Experience in customer and/or market research would be viewed favourably;Be proactive, highly organised, and have a keen eye for detail;Have strong relationship management skills and personal drive;Have excellent English language communication skills (verbal and written);Have strong problem solving and decision-making skills; andBe resilient, energetic, and have a collaborative working style; and embrace and champion a positive culture.A full job description can be found in the Careers section of the HIA website, hia.com.au/about-us/careers-at-hia                                                    If you are interested in this position, please submit your application by clicking on the link to apply before 1 June 2022.Position Description AUD Sydney
