Project Manager – HIA Workwell Learning Network

We are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated Project Manager join our team based in our east Melbourne office. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering HIA’s WorkWell Learning Network (HIALN) program in accordance with the agreed project plan and WorkSafe Victoria funding requirements. The learning network will develop, implement and promote solutions to prevent mental health risks affecting workers engaged in the building industry.Key responsibilities include: Manage and amend all project requirementsManage and deliver project activities and milestones based on set timeframesBuild and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders including members, industry experts, professionals, external organisations, HIA staff and WSVEngage and work with stakeholders and project participants to co-develop, implement and promote solutions for mentally health workplacesSchedule regular meetings and activities ahead with WorkSafe Victoria, HIA’s Learning Network consortium, participating workplaces, Steering Committee, and other LN ChairsManages financial resources and budget in compliance with funding requirements and HIA’s policiesPrepare and submit regular reports across all stakeholders and groupsCompile and submit regular and annual reports for WSVPrepare communications and make presentations to promote the work and findings of HIA’s LN through publications, events, social media etc. and in compliance with WSV media guidelinesGather and store all data and information in relation to this project in HIA’s secure systemsPlan and manage data collection, analysis and reporting of regular surveysThe successful candidate will: Project management (including qualifications in formal project techniques such as Agile, Critical Path etc.)Qualifications including degree, diploma or certification in business project managementRelationship Management and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholdersPresentation skills, including ability to present information in a clear and concise mannerStakeholder engagementNegotiation skillsFinancial and budget managementManagement experience and working with diverse stakeholdersIT skills including MS Office, financial systems, project toolsManaging and reporting data, including Business Intelligence toolsWhile construction/building industry knowledge and experience in mental health is highly desirable, it is not necessary.Position Description AUD East Melbourne 3002
