We are seeking to appoint an RTO Administrator to join our nationwide team and provide administrative support to the business operations.  This role assists in the administration of contractual requirements for funding and grant opportunities to meet both budget targets and operational requirements. This position will ideally suit someone who can operate with a reasonable amount of autonomy, initiative, and independent decision-making.Key responsibilities for this role include:Lodging claims and cancellationsMonitoring the status of funded training program outcomesProcessing documentation and producing invoices for submission to funding bodiesAccurately maintain records and reconcile reporting spreadsheetsAssist in collecting data to enable reporting to appropriate authoritiesPrepare status reports at key milestone date.To be successful, you will require:RTO administration experienceStrong skills in Microsoft office suiteExperience in the use of student management systems eg. VETtrakHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailWell-developed time management and organisational skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyStrong focus on customer serviceCertificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or an understanding of ASQA standards + RTO compliance is highly desirable.Position Description AUD Brisbane
