Training (RTO) Business Process Coordinator

HIA’s Training programs cover many specialist fields including builders licensing, workplace health and safety, business management and technical subject matter.We are currently seeking a Training (RTO) Business Process Coordinator to work with all areas of HIA Training to create and embed streamlined business processes ensuring efficient and optimal performance of the business unit. The role will work in collaboration with managers and staff of HIA Training to improve processes within our various business functions.This position can be located in our Adelaide office in Hindmarsh SA, Melbourne office in East Melbourne VIC, National office in Campbell ACT, or Hobart office in North Hobart TAS.  Key responsibilities include: Ensure processes and procedures are aligned with HIA Training’s business objectivesRecommend opportunities for improvement through process creation and implementationReviewing existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvementIdentify areas of the business where formal process and procedures do not exist to establish areas of focusConsult and collaborate with managers and staff of all areas in HIA Training in process and procedural development to create and implement improvementsProvide training and guidance to all HIA training staff on released processes applicable to their responsibilitiesWork with the Systems Support role to better understand how our systems can improve internal processes and increase efficiencyThe successful candidate will have: Strong process development skillsAbility to work with a variety of stakeholdersKnowledge of RTO compliance and operational requirementsKnowledge of systems used in an RTO – Student Management System, Learning Management System, Quality Management System etcExperience in similar roles for other RTO’s or commercial businessAbility to lead and work on a large number of projects at one timeHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesDetailed knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of products including data base designA Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and understanding of ASQA standards and RTO compliance are highly desirable.Position Description AUD Campbell 2612
