HIA is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Brisbane team, providing expert guidance to Housing Industry Association (HIA) members nationally.
The Role
This role is a phone-based customer service position, which involves liaising with HIA members, and colleagues within HIA to provide a solution-based response to incoming enquiries. The nature of query involves provide general information and assistance to HIA members on regulatory, and industrial relation matters.
