HIA Economics produces papers and releases on the Australian housing industry outlook, strategic reviews and business plans, policy research impact statements, tailored market research, presentations and briefings. We are seeking to appoint an Economist as a member of the HIA Economics team. The role assists in providing high-level research and analysis as a basis for the development of policy initiatives across a broad range of industry issues.  Through the presentation of analysis and interpretation of data, this role supports the effective decision-making of key personnel throughout the association. This role requires strong written communication skills and the ability to present on economic and related policy issues at industry events. Strong analytical and written communication skills are essential. Qualifications and experience in economics and data analysis are desirable.
