Our vision remains the same, to be an association that speaks with a united voice on industry issues and creating real change providing quality services at the lowest possible cost, and working with the sector to maintain high standards.The Role As the IT Trainer for core HIA systems this is a hands-on role and is responsible for the development of a range of support materials (e.g. self-paced e-Learning packages, user guides/manuals, quick reference guides, new staff onboarding/training modules, training updates when new modules are released for HIA core systems. In addition, this role provides guidance and support to all staff members on all applications questions and any related IT Helpdesk queries.The role supports the rollout, application standards of core HIA systems and the support and administration of 3rd party systems which are managed by HIA IT Services.The role also supports the General Manager of IT with regards to licencing, invoicing, policies and procedures, and management of those 3rd party systems arrangements which are managed by HIA IT Services.
