The Role
The role of the Program Mentor is to deliver apprentice, employer and Job seeker mentoring services under 2 Queensland funded programs – Workforce Connect Fund (WCF Program) and Women in Trades Mentoring Program (‘WITM Program’).
HIA has won a government tender to provide mentoring services under the Queensland Workforce Connect Fund and Women in Trades Mentoring Program for a period commencing June 2024 and concluding October 2025.
HIA’s project title for these programs are:
The role will ensure delivery of the apprentice, employer and job seeker mentoring services for building and construction industry participants, under this program according to the agreed KPI’s and program outcomes.
